At LocalLawns, we offer flexible routine mowing services that fit your needs. Every mowing service includes edging along concrete areas and flower beds, trimming around trees and the property, and blowing off the driveway and sidewalks for a clean finish. We also offer the option to have the grass clippings collected, which helps prevent thatch buildup. Our equipment is professional and reliable, providing efficient, high quality results.
Our Lawn Mowing Pricing
We believe lawn care should be simple and affordable, which is why we keep our pricing clear and straightforward. You can choose from weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time mowing services, depending on your needs.
Lawn pricing is based on the square footage of your yard, with a few factors that may adjust the final cost. This system ensures fair and transparent pricing for every customer.

Other Pricing Factors
Collecting Clippings: Bagging is optional, allowing us to keep our mowing services more affordable. If you prefer to have your grass clippings collected, there is an additional charge between $5-$15, depending on your lawn’s size and height. While bagging isn’t necessary for every yard, removing excess grass can help reduce thatch buildup. If your lawn grows thick and fast, we recommend bagging at least twice a month to keep it in top shape.
Schedule: Choosing the right mowing schedule can make a big difference in both cost and lawn health. In the spring, when grass grows quickly, weekly mowing is essential to keep your lawn healthy and manageable. Letting it grow too long can lead to uneven cuts, stress the grass, and require extra trimming or bagging.
Since bi-weekly and one-time mowings take more time and put additional wear on equipment, they cost more per visit. However, as grass growth slows later in the summer, our bi-weekly and one-time mowing prices may be adjusted accordingly. To keep your lawn looking its best while saving money, we recommend a weekly mowing schedule, especially during peak growing seasons.
Overgrown or Neglected Lawns: If a lawn is significantly overgrown or has been neglected for a while, it can require more time and effort to restore. This may result in a one-time additional fee or higher rates for the first mow, as extra trimming and bagging may be needed to get the lawn back in shape.
Yard Accessibility: Access to your lawn can impact the price, especially if there are obstacles like narrow gates, fences, or hard-to-reach areas. These factors often require extra time to navigate, which increases the overall time it takes to mow, trim, and clean up. We always ensure that every part of your lawn gets the attention it needs, even if it means a little more effort to reach certain spots.
